Did you know: Geisha Balls, otherwise known as Ben Wa Balls, have actually been around since the year 500? Talk about staying power! They are a hit at my parties and all sorts of women from young to old have recently fallen back in love with Ben-Was Balls thanks to their recent publicity in the hit novel Fifty Shades of Grey. Though not mentioned by name in the series – these are Ana’s balls, you know those silver balls, come on diva you read the books you know what i’m talking about.
Have any of you ladies ever had your doctor tell you to do Kegel exercises? These are exercises to help tone up the vaginal muscles. These are the muscles that hold everything up inside and as we get older or have children, they start to get stretched out and weaken. This can lead to bladder control issues and less intense orgasms! Since these are the muscles that control the orgasm, if the muscles are weak, so is the orgasm! Likewise, strengthening these muscles can intensify your orgasm and allow you to give your partner a massage without using your hands!
There are a few basic Kegel exercises. First you have to identify the right muscle group. These are the muscles you use when you stop the stream in the restroom. Of course, you don’t want to do that as the exercise because that’s not good for you, but it helps you know where the muscles are. Generally you will find yourself squeezing the anal muscles at the same time, but they are independent! There are a few ways to exercise them, you can just squeeze and hold or Flutter or do the “elevator” where you slowly squeeze and slowly release . Now how many of you are doing it right now??? See? It’s an easy exercise that you can do any time of the day! However, just like I could strengthen my arm by doing this all day I’m going to focus the muscle groups and get the exercise done in a fraction of the time if I use a weight Ben-Wa-Balls are WEIGHTS for Kegel exercises.
How to Use
You’re going to insert it just far enough to grasp it with those muscles and NO it’s NOT going to get lost! When you relax the muscles it fall right back out! Now DON’T do that at the grocery store!!!! Use these in the privacy of your own home, just 5-10 minutes a day and you can start out in a reclined position to make it easier and as you build up the muscles you can even be walking around doing chores and when your muscles are much stronger you can add the other ball to add weight!
